On the opening day of the trade fair, Dr. Yvette Teiken, CTO of erminas, will hold the introductory session at the Industry 4.0 Conference Stage with the title “Gravity of change: erminas and the revolution in the Internet of Things (IoT)”. As an opening to the trade fair, Dr. Teiken will offer an ideal starting point to deal with the revolutionary changes brought by digitalization in the industry. The presentation will take place on Monday, April 22, 2024 from 10:00 to 10:25 am in Hall 8, Stand D17 and will be streamed live by the Hannover Messe.
Content of the presentation: With the help of visual aids and an illustrative free fall tower made of industrial components, the applications of IIoT technologies in industry are made tangible. Participants will be given an overview of real-life use cases that demonstrate how production processes can be optimized through networking and data analysis. This introductory event is designed to create an understanding of the basics and potential of IIoT. It offers an ideal starting point for anyone who wants to get to grips with the revolutionary changes brought about by digitalization in the industry.
