You don't just want to do marketing. You want to make a difference.
Do you enjoy building things, bringing people together, and turning good ideas into reality? Are you curious, do you ask questions, and are you willing to try new approaches? And do you believe that the best results come from working together?
Then we might be a good match.
We aren’t looking for someone who simply follows a marketing plan. We’re looking for someone who thinks proactively, takes responsibility, asks questions, and is eager to help us shape the future.
We believe in clear communication, mutual trust, and high standards for our work. We take our responsibilities seriously—but not always ourselves. And we’re convinced that professionalism and humanity go hand in hand.
01 / About OIXIO
About OIXIO
OIXIO is one of Estonia’s leading IT providers—a country that, more than almost any other in Europe, is known for its active embrace of digitalization and its strong emphasis on cybersecurity.
We are now bringing more of what has developed there over many years to Germany: technological expertise, pragmatic solutions, direct collaboration, and the conviction that effective digital transformation must, above all, do one thing—work.
Through OIXIO erminas, we combine this Estonian spirit with our many years of experience working with German “hidden champions” in the SME sector and our local presence in Oldenburg. Together, we help companies build secure, reliable, and future-proof IT systems—from cybersecurity and IT infrastructure to business applications and the cloud, all the way to data, AI, and Industrial IoT.
In Germany, we’re still in the early stages of our shared history—and hardly anyone here knows our name yet. That’s exactly why we’re looking for someone who wants to change that and would rather build something from the ground up than take on a ready-made role.
02 / The Task
The Task
As Marketing & Communications Manager for Germany, you’ll raise awareness of OIXIO among medium-sized industrial companies and build trust in our brand—especially in Northern Germany and North Rhine-Westphalia—and generate the leads that our sales team builds on.
- You’ll develop our messaging for the German market and translate our offerings into clear narratives for IT, production, and management.
- Together with our Sales Account Manager, you’ll manage targeted campaigns for a defined list of target companies and turn expressions of interest into concrete discussions.
- You’ll build OIXIO’s presence on LinkedIn—for the company as well as for our experts and management team.
- You maintain contacts with trade and regional media and publish articles, industry pieces, and customer stories.
- You’ll organize your own events—from client breakfasts at the plant to webinars and roundtables—and select the trade shows and networking events where we’ll have a presence.
- You’ll create compelling content—case studies, one-pagers, presentations, videos, and web content—in collaboration with our experts in Germany, Estonia, and Lithuania.
- You measure what matters—website visits, inquiries, event attendance, qualified target companies, and sales appointments—and manage your activities in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Our areas of expertise: Cybersecurity, information security, managed IT services, Microsoft Business Central/NAV modernization, process digitization, Industrial IoT, cloud, data, and AI.
03 / What You Should Bring
What You Should Bring
- Several years of experience in B2B marketing or corporate communications, ideally in IT services, managed services, industrial automation, consulting, or business applications.
- A proven track record of building visibility and generating demand—ideally as the primary or sole marketing manager in a company or market.
- Experience with campaigns targeting specific companies and multiple decision-makers on the client side.
- A strong understanding of small and medium-sized businesses, particularly in the industrial sector, and the ability to explain technical topics in an understandable way.
- Strong writing skills, proficiency with LinkedIn, CRM, and web analytics, native-level German, and very good English.
- You’re familiar with the key tools of modern B2B marketing and know how to measure their effectiveness. Whether it’s Dynamics 365, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, analytics, SEO tools, or AI: What matters to us isn’t that you’ve already mastered every tool, but that you know what you want to achieve and can quickly familiarize yourself with new tools.
- Flexible location in northern Germany, provided that regular in-person meetings with the team at our office in Oldenburg are feasible; willingness to travel throughout Germany, and occasionally to Estonia and Lithuania.
04 / What Suits Us Well
What Suits Us Well
- You enjoy building things. You don’t need a completely laid-out plan—on the contrary: you recognize opportunities, develop ideas, and take responsibility for turning them into something.
- You’re curious about people, companies, and technologies, and you want to understand them before you communicate.
- You value flexibility, but you don’t want to work exclusively from home. Face-to-face interaction within the team, with our clients, and with the press is important to you.
- You can leverage the strength and experience of an established international IT group while working with us to determine what aspects of it are truly relevant to German small and medium-sized businesses.
- You’ll work independently, but not as a lone wolf. At our company, marketing is a team effort: Great results come from working together with Sales, Consultants, IT, and Management.
- You measure your success by conversations and customers—not by likes—and you don’t promise anything our team can’t deliver.
- And you’d like to bring a piece of the OIXIO spirit from Estonia to Germany—and work with us to give it its own unique touch here.
05 / What We Offer
What We Offer
- A specific role in building out OIXIO in Germany—with the freedom to shape the direction and quick decision-making processes.
- A real budget for events, content, and public relations, as well as support from specialists when needed.
- Experienced professionals in Germany, Estonia, and Lithuania who contribute content, demos, and presentations.
- A broad portfolio of services covering IT, cybersecurity, digital transformation, business applications, and Industrial IoT—with many stories just waiting to be told.
- An international work environment with Estonian down-to-earthness, direct communication, and pragmatic collaboration.
- We expect a lot, and we give a lot in return: trust, autonomy, fair conditions, and people you can count on.
