What are the main tasks of an IT specialist for application development during the apprenticeship?

As an apprentice, you will learn to plan, program and test software solutions. You will work closely with others in the team and use various programming languages and tools.

Which programming languages and technologies will I get to know during the apprenticeship?

With us, you will dive deep into the backend language C# and also learn Python at school. You will also work with TypeScript, SQL and modern frameworks such as Angular. But that’s not all:

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central: Here you will learn how business software makes processes smarter and more efficient – a real future technology where you can experience first-hand how companies grow digitally.
  • Industrial IoT and industrial protocols: you will learn how machines in industry “talk” to each other and how data from production is used intelligently. This will make you a sought-after expert in the interface between software and Industry 4.0.

You will also familiarize yourself with development environments, database systems and the latest tools. With us, you will combine theory and practice and become an all-rounder who is at home in the most exciting areas of technology!

Are there opportunities to specialize in certain topics during training?

Yes, absolutely! During your training with us, you will get to know all areas – from planning and coding to testing. Depending on your interests, current projects and individual skills, you can then specialize in an area that you enjoy the most.

Whether frontend, backend or fullstack – we support you in finding your path and focusing on the topics that inspire you. This way, you can not only develop yourself further, but also make the most of your strengths!

What career opportunities do I have after my training?

Many doors will be open to you after you graduate! Whether you start out in software development, enter IT consulting or move on to a specialized position – the opportunities are many and varied.

And quite honestly: we train for ourselves. If you want, you can stay with us straight after your apprenticeship and continue your career in an innovative company that supports and encourages your development. Perhaps you will soon be an indispensable part of our team!

What does the application process look like?

What does the application process look like?
We focus on people – that’s why we take the time to make sure that we are a good match. We will have several meetings together to get to know each other and clarify any questions you may have. This can sometimes take a little longer, but it’s important to us that you know exactly what you’re getting into and that we both have a good feeling.

A special highlight in our application process is that you do an internship with us before your apprenticeship. This allows you to experience first-hand how training works at our company, get to know our team and get a taste of exciting tasks. A few interviews are often not enough to get a clear picture – that’s why we rely on this practical experience.

At the end of the process, you’ll know exactly what you can look forward to – and we know that you’re a perfect fit for us!
