The formal cooperation agreement will be signed on Tuesday at Hannover Messe at the erminas booth in Hall 15, Stand A14.

Within the framework of the cooperation, erminas will continue to operate from Oldenburg with its existing team and will act as OIXIO’s close strategic partner and competence centre for industrial IoT and tailored enterprise applications in the German‑speaking market. The current erminas management will continue their work with customers in Germany while working in an integrated management structure with OIXIO for the German market, ensuring continuity for clients and a coordinated, joint approach to new projects.
