Tallinn, Estonia / Oldenburg, Germany — April 22, 2026.
The OIXIO Group, a leading Baltic IT partner for digital strategy, managed IT services, business systems, and information security, and erminas GmbH, an Oldenburg-based technology company specializing in business systems, information security, and Internet of Things (IoT) solutions, have agreed to a structural partnership. The goal is to strengthen their joint presence in the German market and to provide even more comprehensive support to international customers in their end-to-end digital transformation. The formal cooperation agreement will be signed on Tuesday at the Hannover Messe at the erminas booth in Hall 15, Booth A14.
OIXIO helps companies leverage IT as a competitive advantage and offers a comprehensive range of services covering the entire IT lifecycle—from consulting and strategic guidance on digital transformation to IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, and comprehensive cybersecurity. OIXIO’s teams design and operate secure networks, modern workplace and data center environments, and implement business applications and analytics solutions that improve efficiency and decision-making. With certified quality and information security management systems, OIXIO serves clients in the industrial, financial, and service sectors in the Baltic region and beyond.
Erminas GmbH is particularly well-known for its enterprise applications and Industrial IoT solutions, which connect shop-floor production processes with modern IT systems. The company develops customized business software and digital products that can be securely operated in the cloud or on-premises. This enables customers to capture real-time data, optimize production processes, and increase their operational efficiency—while meeting high standards for data protection and cybersecurity. IoT platforms and products such as erPUB bridge the gap between Operational Technology (OT) and IT by integrating machines, sensors, and existing systems into scalable and future-proof architectures.
“Through this structural partnership, we are significantly strengthening the joint presence of OIXIO and erminas in the German market. This is of great importance both for serving our existing customers and for expanding our customer base,” said Ivo Suursoo, CEO of the OIXIO Group. “By coordinating and pooling our expertise and resources, we can offer German industrial companies and small-to-medium-sized business customers a broader and more integrated portfolio of services.”
As part of this collaboration, erminas will continue to operate from its Oldenburg location with its existing team and will serve as a close strategic partner of OIXIO, as well as a center of expertise for Industrial IoT and customized enterprise applications in the German-speaking market. The current management team at erminas will continue its work with clients in Germany while collaborating with OIXIO within an integrated management structure for the German market. This will ensure both continuity for existing clients and a coordinated, joint approach to new projects.
“Through our strategic partnership with OIXIO, we aim to further strengthen our digital offerings for our customers, particularly in the areas of business systems and information security,” said Hilmar Bunjes, CEO of erminas GmbH. “At the same time, we will work together to expand the market for our IoT expertise and digital products and offer even more comprehensive solutions to industrial customers in Germany and beyond.”
This collaboration supports the OIXIO Group’s broader internationalization strategy and builds on its strong position in the areas of IT infrastructure, managed services, and cybersecurity to serve industrial companies and mid-market clients in Central Europe. Customers of both companies benefit from a larger pool of experts, broader technology partnerships, and the ability of erminas and OIXIO to jointly scale projects across multiple countries while ensuring a local presence and support in Germany.
