As a supporter (d/f/m) you are the customer’s connection to us. You are at the forefront of our customer relationship, take care of his problems and ensure that they are solved. You analyse the requests together with our customers and can record them in such a way that our development team can implement and deliver them. In addition, you will build a knowledge base for our products, which will enable us to process future requests and features faster.

Processing and resolve of customer requests primarily via ticket system but also by telephone or remote

Coordination and prioisation of customer requests

Be the link between the customer and the development department

  • Composure: You never lose your cool.

  • Technical understanding and experience with ticket or service desk systems

  • You should be able to speak fluently German
